I offer these treatments in increments of 60 minutes, 75 minutes, 90 minutes, and 2 hour sessions.

Reflexology

Reflexology is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet. Unlike other foot massages that intend to mostly relieve tension in the feet themselves, reflexology is a far more in-depth science that aims to harmonize your entire body. According to reflexology, every part of the human body is mapped into your feet. Reflexology treatments have been found to be highly effective for conditions such as allergies, headaches, and depression.

CranioSacral (SM)

Cranio Sacral Therapy is a gentle yet powerful technique that is effective in releasing neck pain, back pain, and mental stress (among other things). It does this by optimizing the movement of cerebrospinal fluid through the spine and around the skull.  I often integrate some energy work with these treatments, and you may experience very profound internal shifts, balancing, and opening which can cause relief from deep seated chronic pain in joints, nerves, the spine-even relief from "incurable" migraines.

I also offer these treatments in time increments of 60 minutes, 75 minutes, 90 minutes, and 2 hours.

I can also integrate cranio sacral work with other forms of massage, possibly dedicating, for instance, 30 minutes to cranio sacral work, and 60 minutes to deep tissue work around the spine, hips and neck, or closing up the 30 minute cranio sacral session with one hour of reflexology, to ground your body after such life changing-opening work.
